Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments
- In-depth interviewing with attorney candidates to assess marketability
- Networking with attorneys and legal professionals
- Extending offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiating compensation packages
- Assisting all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions
You could be the perfect person for this job if you have the following:
- Experience practicing law and the desire to move into a sales/recruiting role
- Enthusiasm and personal motivation
- Business acumen and an entrepreneurial edge
- JD required
This position is remote, but the successful candidate must sit in the North Jersey Region to facilitate candidate and client meetings. Strong ties to the NJ/Phila/DE legal markets is strongly preferred.
The compensation for this role is comprised of a recoverable draw, commissions, and benefits package. Draw may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. No prior recruiting experience is required.

Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
