Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Guidewire products to support the implementation and optimization of insurance processes.

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Guidewire modules such as Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enhance workflows and business processes.
• Support the configuration and integration of Guidewire applications with other enterprise systems.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories for development teams.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
• Facilitate communication between business users, quality assurance, and development teams.

• Proven experience working with Guidewire modules, including Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center.
• Strong understanding of the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for documentation and project tracking.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in end-to-end Guidewire implementation projects.
• Familiarity with data mapping and system integration concepts.
