Pega Business Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and use cases
  .
• Partner with Product Owners and Lead Architects to define business and technical strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Define solution acceptance criteria and support testing activities.
• Create wireframes for functional requirements.
• Produce documentation including functional specs, training materials, and release notes.
• Support change management and business process modeling efforts.
• Proactively identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Assist with deployments and enterprise-level configuration activities.
• Conduct user training sessions as required.

• 6+ years of overall Business Analyst experience.
• 4+ years working as a Pega Business Architect / Pega BA
  .
• Strong experience with use case development and requirements management
  .
• Hands-on experience throughout the SDLC in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise-level software implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in public sector or government projects.
