Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a talented and experienced Azure Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing the Azure Cloud Platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud solutions, helping RCM to enhance its operational efficiency and drive innovation.
Responsibilities- Azure Platform Engineering:
Design, develop, and maintain the Azure cloud infrastructure to support RCM’s applications and services. - Azure AI Foundry:
Very good understanding of Azure AI Foundry and engineering. - Identity and Access Management:
Develop and enforce identity and access protocols to protect sensitive data and resources on Azure. - Azure Networking:
Configure and manage Azure networking services, including virtual networks, load balancers, and VPNs, to ensure robust and scalable connectivity. - Azure Services Management:
Oversee the deployment and management of various Azure resources, such as compute, key vaults, storage, and databases, to optimize performance and cost-efficiency. - Good knowledge of Azure Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Utilize IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates) to automate the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure. - Cloud Infrastructure Operations:
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development and cloud platform management, with a strong focus on Azure services.
- Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Platform Engineering, Landing Zone Implementation, Azure AI Foundry, Identity and Access Management, Azure Networking, and Azure Services Management.
- Experience with Solution Design and Implementation in a cloud environment.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $115,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
