Job Summary
Long-term. Trenton, NJ - Onsite. NJDOE IT needs to upgrade all systems to Windows 11, to image devices, install software upgrades, set up automatic upgrades and troubleshoot. Also, will need to configure and roll out new drives to replace EOL equipment.
Responsibilities- Hardware inventory management
- Equipment imaging
- Software installation
- Windows 11 upgrades
- Rollout equipment
- User migration
- Hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, MFD (Xerox preferably), Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office suite desktop applications, MS365 web applications, SCCM imaging technologies, communication skills.
