Must Have:

• A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance.
• Hands-on experience in SICS/Assure (DXC product) would be needed

Perform Business Analyst responsibilities on a large initiative to migrate to a new Reinsurance Administration application which provides a comprehensive solution across the Reinsurance lifecycle of Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting.

• Gathering requirements and documenting Functional Specifications and User Interface documentation.
• Documenting as-is business processes using Microsoft Visio. Defining and documenting to-be business processes.
• Acting as the liaison between Business, IT, and the Solution Implementation (SI) partner.
• Collaborating with internal teams for analyzing cross-functional impacts and defining integration requirements.
• Supporting IT and SI Partner during the technical design and development stages of the implementation.
• Providing support for QA testing and User Acceptance testing and defect resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience.
• A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance.
• Hands-on experience in SICS/Assure (DXC product) would be needed
• Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives.
