Guidewire Billing Center Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Billing Center Analyst to support billing process analysis and data interpretation within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

This role focuses on leveraging Guidewire data models and SQL to extract insights, support business outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and alignment with organizational goals.

• Analyze and interpret billing processes and data to support business decision-making.
• Utilize Guidewire data models (Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center) for data extraction and analysis.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct data profiling and basic statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Support data warehousing initiatives and maintain data integrity across systems.

• 8+ years of experience with Guidewire data models (Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center).
• 2+ years of experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• 2+ years of experience with data warehousing concepts and practices.
• Strong background in the insurance domain, particularly in P&C commercial lines.
• 2+ years of experience in data profiling and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams.

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of machine learning techniques, including NLP.
