We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud administration and development.
The ideal candidate will lead the maintenance and support of CRM applications handling multiple customer channels in a large-scale enterprise environment.
This role requires hands-on technical skills, leadership capabilities, and experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and support Salesforce Service Cloud applications used for global customer service across phone, web, email, messaging, and chat channels.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features, including Lightning Components, APEX Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Formulas.
- Implement and manage Salesforce automation tools such as Lightning Flows, Workflows, Assignment Rules, and Alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues (REST, SOAP, OAuth, SSO).
- Debug and resolve issues/defects in APEX code while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
- Perform data updates and migrations using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools.
- Participate in discussions with business stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure appropriate test coverage.
- Author and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
- Manage Dev Ops processes using Flosum CI/CD pipelines for migrating changes from development to QA.
- Provide on-call support and participate in shift rotations during peak seasons.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Service Business Processes (Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Digital Engagement, CTI, Omnichannel, Knowledge, Case Routing).
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Working knowledge of Dev Ops processes and CI/CD pipelines using Flosum.
- Salesforce
Certifications:
Administrator and Platform Developer I. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of CRM-related business processes such as Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Partner Program Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management, and Case Management.
- Experience in large enterprise environments with high user volumes.
- Exposure to advanced Salesforce features and integrations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (preferred).
