Cloud Solution Migration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Migration Engineer to lead the migration of existing Salesforce applications and data to Microsoft Azure, and to enhance these solutions with Azure AI capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in cloud migration strategies, Salesforce integrations, Azure services, and AI-driven solution design. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing seamless migrations, ensuring performance, security, and minimal disruption to business operations, while enabling advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered insights post-migration.

• Lead end-to-end migration of Salesforce applications and associated data to Azure Cloud.
• Analyze existing Salesforce environments to identify migration requirements, dependencies, and risks.
• Design detailed migration plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Utilize Azure services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Integration Services) to host and integrate migrated applications.
• Implement secure APIs, connectors, and integration points between Salesforce and Azure systems.
• Ensure data integrity and security during migration, adhering to compliance standards.
• Conduct pre- and post-migration testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Optimize migrated applications for scalability, high availability, and cost efficiency in Azure.
• Enable integration of Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning) to enhance Salesforce-based solutions with advanced analytics, natural language processing, and predictive insights.
• Configure Azure AI Search for intelligent data retrieval from migrated Salesforce datasets.
• Work with business teams to implement AI-driven automation for workflows and customer engagement.
• Provide documentation, technical guidance, and training to stakeholders and support teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce administrators, Azure architects, AI engineers, developers, and business analysts

• Proven track record of migrating applications from Salesforce to Azure or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Infrastructure as a code using IAC (Terraform)
• Familiarity with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning) and their integration with business applications.
• Knowledge of AI model deployment and integration into enterprise workflows.
• Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
