Enterprise Architecture Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with a strong blend of domain expertise (Digital Business Services, Customer & Commercial On-boarding, Credit & Lending Operations) and technical/architecture capabilities (Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Software Design Patterns, TOGAF). This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional communication skills, deep operational knowledge, and the ability to conceptualize and drive architectural solutions across business processes and technology ecosystems.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across operations and onboarding processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to digitize workflows, improve turnaround time, and enhance customer experience.
• Drive implementation of AI-led automation, workflow orchestration, and operational intelligence.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes ensuring alignment with KYC, AML, and compliance frameworks.
• Streamline operational journeys using architectural thinking and solution design.
• Work with business, operations, risk, and technology teams for seamless client setup.

• Oversee credit processing, underwriting workflows, document verification, and portfolio controls.
• Support transformation across lending processes through process redesign and architectural decomposition.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across credit and operational workflows.

• Apply solution architecture and enterprise architecture patterns to improve business processes, systems, and integration flows.
• Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level architecture designs

• Ensure architectural consistency across domains and adherence to enterprise standards.

• Utilize the TOGAF framework for architecture development, governance, and lifecycle processes.
• Conduct gap analysis, build architecture roadmaps, and support architecture reviews.
• Ensure compliance with architecture principles, reference models, and formal governance processes.
• Apply software design patterns
  , architecture best practices, and decomposition methods in solution design.
• Break down complex systems using functional, technical, and data decompositions
  .
• Develop architecture artifacts such as process flows, event models, domain maps, and integration blueprints.

• Apply event-driven architecture (EDA) principles, event modeling, and event flow design.
• Define patterns for data movement, event triggers, system interactions, and auditability.
• Ensure systems are scalable, loosely coupled, and aligned to modern integration patterns.

• Conduct gap analysis
  , identify architecture deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate existing systems, propose modernization strategies, and support implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to validate feasibility, scalability, and security.

• 10–15+ years of experience across BFSI operations, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of Digital Business Services, Customer & Commercial On-boarding, Credit & Lending processes

• Hands-on experience with solution architecture, enterprise architecture patterns, and system decompositions
  .
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns
  , integration patterns, and applied architecture.
• TOGAF certified with practical experience implementing TOGAF ADM framework.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, event patterns, and system interaction modeling
  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology.
• Exposure to automation, workflow tools, and digital onboarding platforms is preferred.

• Experience in BFSI, Fin Tech, Digital Operations, or Risk & Compliance functions.
• Knowledge of case management systems, workflow engines, and enterprise integration tools.
• MBA or advanced certification in architecture frameworks is a plus.
