Roles & Responsibilities
* 5+ years of Azure experience
* Good BFSI domain knowledge
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
* Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
* Monitoring tools (Azure App Insights.)
* Understanding of Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines
* Knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking
Responsibilities:
* Monitor live Azure applications and infrastructure 24/7
* Respond to production incidents, outages, and alerts
* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
* Handle incident tickets (Service Now/JIRA) and ensure SLA adherence
* Analyze logs using Azure App Insights
* Provide on-call support for critical issues
* Track system health, metrics, and alerts
* Work with development teams for bug fixes and deployments
* Participate in release management and change processes
* Suggest system improvements and automation opportunities
* Document incidents, solutions, and known issues
· Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
* Automate repetitive tasks
· Improve reliability and reduce manual interventions
* Implement proactive monitoring and preventive fixes
