STI is hiring a Desktop Support Technician in Trenton, NJ, to manage hardware inventory, image devices, and upgrade systems to Windows 11. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and configuring equipment and assisting with user migrations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware and experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with SCCM imaging technologies are also required.
