Role:
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (Only W2)

Minimum 10+ Years of Experience required.

PEGA Certified Senior System Architect with a MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS of working experience post-PEGA SSA certification.

• The PEGA SSA will collaborate with and provide technical expertise to ITO and the assigned unit to develop technical solutions that implement business/system requirements.
• The PEGA SSA will need to understand requirements deeply and grasp key concepts such as rule resolution, class structure design, and reusability.
• The primary responsibility will be to develop and/or modify programs, perform unit testing, develop documentation, and participate in system testing with business analysts and users.
• They will often write system requirements based on business needs and implement functionalities ranging from high-quality user experiences to complex case management.
• The PEGA SSA should have exposure to technologies like Web Sphere or Web Logic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL, with expertise in some of these.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles is required.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential.
• The candidate must have at least 7 years of related experience (with 5 years post-PEGA certification) in all phases of object-oriented software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale applications.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in developing solutions using PEGA, with knowledge in application design, case design, data modeling, business rules automation, policies, user experience, reporting, integration, architecture, administration, and security.
