We are seeking a skilled and proactive Automation Engineer to join our Dev Ops team. This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to streamline software delivery, boost system reliability, and support rapid development cycles. The ideal candidate will have strong Dev Ops and automation experience, coupled with a passion for intelligent, AI-driven optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, TFS, or Git Lab.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless automated delivery and deployment.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize build/release pipelines for performance and reliability.
  • Integrate automated testing, quality gates, and AI-based code analysis tools into workflows.
  • Identify and resolve deployment issues using automated monitoring and self-healing mechanisms.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automation processes and tool chains.
  • Promote best practices in Dev Ops and MLOps, emphasizing continuous improvement and AI-driven innovation.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, automation engineering, or software development with a CI/CD focus.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Power Shell).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure Dev Ops.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates).
  • Solid understanding of version control systems (Git, TFS) and branching strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred

Skills:

  • Experience with AI/ML tools for code analysis or predictive monitoring (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Dynatrace Davis AI).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD and cloud-native environments.
  • Certifications such as AWS Dev Ops Engineer or Azure Dev Ops Expert.
  • Exposure to observability and telemetry tools like Cloud Watch, Sumo Logic, or Prometheus with AI-based alerting.
Certifications:

Preferred – AWS Dev Ops Engineer, Azure Dev Ops Expert, or related certifications.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
