Technical Testing Position

The Office of Management & Budget (OMB) is recruiting for a Technical Testing resource to perform Manual front-end testing on a web based budgeting application (EDISON Budget System). This position will be responsible for reviewing and updating UAT Test plans; executing testing plans and performing validations within the EDISON system; documenting testing results, issues, and errors.

Skills:

Manual front-end testing on web based budgeting application. Experience with testing tools – Testlink or similar. Experience with application security testing is a plus (looking to have one of the resources specialize in the security testing). Statistical, accounting, or budget knowledge is a plus. Experience with creating/running SQL queries is a plus. Experience with MS Access DB is a plus. Experience with MS Excel Pivot tables is a plus.
