Responsibilities
- Develop and design requirements for the CRM system in consultation with multiple departments, gathering technical and business requirements for a scalable CRM infrastructure.
- Provide technical and professional servicing of the CRM system.
- Develop enhancements and improvements to the New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program registry, including complex Java modifications to the user interface, middleware framework, and Oracle database.
- Rewrite and redesign the application front end using modern technologies such as Spring MVC, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle 12c, and APEX reporting to support various internet devices.
- Strengthen application security to meet evolving protocols and ensure integrity.
- Deploy Salesforce solutions, Tableau dashboards, and provide API support.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Experience with C#, .NET, CRM SDK, BSS/OSS processes, ETOM, and Frameworx.
- Full-time professional experience in Information Technology.
- Relevant work experience: 9+ years, with at least one year in an administrative, managerial, or supervisory capacity.
- Accredited college training may substitute up to 4 years, except supervisory experience.
- Accredited graduate training may substitute up to 2 years, except supervisory experience.
- Information Technology certification may substitute up to 2 years (proof required).
- Two years of experience as an Application Systems Analysis/Programming-Supervisor may substitute for all required experience.
- Experience with Java, Spring MVC, Oracle 12c, APEX, Salesforce, Tableau, and API integration.
Per P.L.2009, c.307 & (A20/S20 - CRC), the New Jersey Compassionate Use of Medical Marijuana Act has authorized the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of a registry of qualifying patients and their primary caregivers, providing identification cards. The initial registry was developed between 2010 and 2011.
The Applications Systems Analyst/Programming Manager 3 will develop enhancements to the NJ Medicinal Marijuana Program registry per Executive Order EO‑6 “Mandating Review of New Jersey’s Medical Marijuana Policy”.
