Hybrid role requiring 3 days / onsite, 2 days remote (no exceptions).

As a Senior Salesforce & AWS Dev Ops Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and securing release processes across both the Salesforce ecosystem and AWS cloud infrastructure. You will focus on the continuous improvement of established Copado-driven automated release workflows across Salesforce teams while driving the automation, provisioning, and integration of cloud-native infrastructure. Your expertise in Copado, AWS Dev Ops tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) will drive efficient deployments and support the evolution of robust, cross-platform CI/CD pipelines.
You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to establish a reliable, scalable, and secure environment with an emphasis on automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize established Copado-driven automated release workflows and CI/CD pipelines across Salesforce teams to ensure efficient, timely deployments.
- Understand the Salesforce Meta-data, merge conflicts management using git & Salesforce.
- Implement Quality gates for Security, Test Coverage and other best practices.
- Implement Change governance and communication for Shared Production infrastructure with multiple independent internal teams and vendors.
- Develop and enforce version control and branching strategies using Git and Copado to maintain consistency across all environment phases.
- Architect, provision, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform to support enterprise environments and applications.
- Design and manage cloud-native CI/CD pipelines using AWS Dev Ops tools or Jenkins to automate application and infrastructure provisioning.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into both the Copado and AWS pipelines, ensuring high code quality.
- Monitor system performance using Salesforce tools and AWS monitoring services, proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain documentation for release processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform configurations, and cloud environments to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Dev Ops best practices across both SaaS and public cloud ecosystems to continuously improve release efficiency.
- Proficiency in Copado and automated Salesforce release management.
- Proficiency in AWS Dev Ops tools, services, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform and Jenkins pipelines.
- Strong scripting capabilities (Python, Bash, or similar) to automate operational workflows.
- Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Terraform.
- Proficiency in AWS Dev Ops tools and infrastructure management.
