Responsibilities
- Serve as a data solutions expert for clients
- Align data files with identity solution use cases
- Oversee onboarding requirements for new clients
- Support Sales team in pursuing new opportunities
- Monitor ongoing client solutions for issues
- Develop knowledge of identity solution offerings
- Comply with security requirements for ePHI
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience in technical account management or customer success
- At least three years of industry experience in advertising or marketing technology
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with data platforms
- Knowledge of data transfer protocols, including SFTP
- Basic understanding of audience‐building fundamentals and terminology
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
