- working with stakeholders to understand their needs
- analyzing problems, capturing requirements, creating solutions
- solving problems either manually or through software
- providing subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions
- collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements
- creating, analyzing, and improving processes
- writing user and technical stories
- Proficient in Agile processes and Jira
- Ability to analyze end to end business processes and negotiate with the Business to make the most optimal changes.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, have excellent communication skills and be problem solvers.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems.
- Creates and prioritizes work for the team.
- Eager to learn, a self starter, takes initiative
- Familiar with copilot for writing epics/stories
- Collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Financial Services space a plus
