Albany Beck is supporting a major financial services organisation on a large scale Privileged Access Management transformation programme and we're looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines strong PAM domain knowledge with business analysis, stakeholder engagement, programme delivery, and security transformation experience.
Rather than focusing purely on engineering, this role sits at the centre of the programme, working across security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and business teams to drive onboarding, improve adoption, strengthen governance, and help shape the future operating model for PAM.
We are looking for someone who understands the challenges organisations face when implementing PAM at scale and who can bring structure, leadership, and practical solutions to complex delivery programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and adoption activities across infrastructure, application, cloud, and operational teams
- Act as the primary liaison between PAM engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into clear actions and delivery plans
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and requirements gathering activities
- Drive engagement across technology and business teams to increase PAM adoption and reduce onboarding resistance
- Develop onboarding methodologies, governance processes, operating procedures, communications, and reporting frameworks
- Analyse existing PAM processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to increase programme effectiveness
- Contribute to programme strategy, roadmap development, and operational maturity initiatives
- Produce executive reporting, governance packs, KPIs, KRIs, and programme health metrics
- Support audit, compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements relating to privileged access controls
- Work closely with security leadership, technology owners, and operational teams to ensure successful programme outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering PAM or IAM programmes within large enterprise environments
- Hands on experience with Cyber Ark, Delinea, Beyond Trust, or similar PAM platforms
- Proven business analysis experience including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Experience leading onboarding, migration, adoption, or operationalisation activities
- Strong programme delivery experience with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams and stakeholders
- Experience operating within financial services or other highly regulated environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from engineers to senior executives
- CISSP or CISM preferred
Success in this role will come from your ability to bring people together, simplify complexity, drive adoption, and help embed PAM capabilities across a large organisation. While technical PAM knowledge is important, stakeholder management, business analysis, programme delivery, and operational improvement experience will be equally critical.
