Associate Director, Cybersecurity – Data Acquisition

• Define the Vision:
  Develop and champion a holistic, end-to-end strategy for Net Flow security monitoring, ensuring every feature is secure, robust, and intuitive from day one.

• Bachelor's degree desired in Computer Science or Cybersecurity or 5+ years of related experience.
• A proven leader with a track record of designing and executing large-scale automations, AI, and machine learning solutions driving down cyber risks.
• Deeply knowledgeable about Flow Data security principles, best practices, and the evolving threat landscape.
• Highly skilled in Agile Scrum, modern automation frameworks, CI/CD, and security tools.
• A collaborative communicator, comfortable working across disciplines and presenting to executives.
• An innovative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Demonstrates expertise in Net Flow security monitoring, automation, and AI-driven solutions while leading high-performing teams to enhance security and user experience. Proficient in Agile methodologies and collaborative communication across technical and business domains.
