- Candidates must be willing to complete an assignment and share the Public Tableau dashboard of the assignment, if selected for an interview.
- Candidates must be located within 1hr commute of Trenton, NJ.
- Candidates must be comfortable with onsite interview, and onsite work 3x per week.
We are looking for a Sr. Tableau Developer to design, develop, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Trenton, NJ.
What You’ll Do- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights
- Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization methods to improve the project’s data-driven decision-making process
- Evaluate predictive analytics models to forecast future scenarios and inform strategic planning
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, understandable presentations
- Ensure data quality and integrity in dashboards and reports
- Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively
- Continually refine and iterate BI strategy based on evolving project needs
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Tableau dashboard design & development – 7 years
- Data visualization & storytelling – 7 years
- Business requirements gathering – 7 years
- Data analysis & interpretation – 7 years
- Experience integrating with Salesforce – 3 years
- Business intelligence (BI) solutions – 7 years
- Experience integrating with cloud data warehousing tools, such as Snowflake – 5 years
- Experience with Tableau Online – 3 years
- Predictive analytics & forecasting models – 7 years
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes – 7 years
- Data warehousing concepts – 5 years
- Familiarity with Sigma Computing – 1 year
