Account Delivery Manager - IT Infrastructure; SRE​/Desktop Engineering​/Wintel infrastructure mig

The ADMs will be responsible for P&L management in SRE/Desktop Engineering/Wintel infrastructure migration/Service Desk
. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage account delivery effectively while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of infrastructure management, with a focus on delivering results that align with business objectives

  Lead and manage the infrastructure production support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
• .Oversee middleware operations, ensuring seamless integration and performance across systems
• .Implement and manage automation processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• .Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables
• .Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• .Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management
• .Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness
• .Manage account delivery, ensuring that all client requirements are met and exceeded
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives
• .Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

• .Strong knowledge of infrastructure management principles and practices
• .Experience with middleware technologies and their integration
• .Proficiency in automation tools and methodologies
• .Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• .Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• .Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

  Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services
• .Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks
• .Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools
• .Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• .Relevant certifications in infrastructure management or project management are a plus
