Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Market Risk Technology te
am in managing technical programs focused on data quality, data lineage, regulatory remediation, and risk technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program/project management experience combined with an understanding of data flows, transformations, testing, and risk or regulatory environments.

• Manage a portfolio of technical projects and programs focused on data remediation, data quality, and regulatory requirements within the Market Risk Technology ecosystem.
• Develop a strong understanding of the key controls, governance requirements, and processes that govern data consumed and produced within Market Risk.
• Analyze and document detailed data flows, data lineage, transformations, mappings, and dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
• Coordinate initiatives involving sourcing new data from upstream systems, transforming data, and mapping data elements to required fields within downstream applications.
• Partner with technology, business, risk, and quantitative/model stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and status reporting across multiple work streams.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities to demonstrate how data changes, or remains unchanged, as it moves through various systems and processes.
• Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for testing, audit, compliance, data lineage, and regulatory requirements

• Track data-related issues through remediation and ensure timely resolution across business and technology teams.
• Translate complex technical and data-related information into clear, actionable analysis and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular program status reporting to senior business and technology leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential delivery issues and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution.
• Work within an Agile delivery environment
  , leveraging JIRA and other project/program management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, technology solutions, data quality, and regulatory expectations.
• Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to investigate data issues and support project decision-making when required.

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager delivering significant technical initiatives.
• Experience managing data-related, regulatory, risk, or technology transformation projects
  .
• Strong understanding of data flows, data lineage, data transformations, data mapping, and data quality concepts.
• Experience working with Global Markets, Market Risk, Risk Technology, or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of Market Risk concepts and risk technology processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, risk professionals, quantitative/model partners, and senior leadership
  .
• Strong experience creating detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, managing risks/issues, and producing executive-level reporting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
  .
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and data information into actionable analysis and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.

• Previous experience in Risk Technology, Global Markets Technology, Market Risk, or Risk Management
  .
• Experience with project/program management tools and methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Python, Data Analysis, and Tableau
  .
• Understanding of systems architecture and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting regulatory remediation, audit, compliance, or data governance initiatives
  .
• Experience working with large-scale financial data and complex technology ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
