• Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long‑term decisions and value chain optimization
• Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
• Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Perform specialized research on third‑party products, providing in‑depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
• Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long‑term system reliability

• Expertise in of IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors
• Proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals
• A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies
• Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements.
• Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practices

• Experience of at least 1 or 2 full‑cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Swear Water Domain) with hands on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
• Experience with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, WAM, MWM, MDM, GIS etc.
• Experience in Oracle CC&B Product Architecture , Oracle PIP, Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework
• Exposure to US (Regulated and De‑Regulated) Markets
• Experience in CC&B Application Development Frame works

• Experience in Batch Programming, Algorithm, UI Maps, BO/MO, Change Handlers, Service Scripts ,Business Scripts, BPA Script ,Application Service, User Exits (Java/HTML/JSP/XML) and web services development.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
