Theressa Parra Insurance Agency Inc is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our licensed insurance professional, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Engage directly with customers through in‑person meetings, email, or phone calls.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Generate leads and sell a range of insurance products, including auto, home, business, and life insurance.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Licensed in insurance is a plus; must be willing to obtain a license if you do not already have one.
Compensation $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
