Real Estate​/Construction Transactional Attorney

VOYlegal is assisting a top-tier New Jersey law firm in seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney (6 plus years of experience) with a strong background in construction and development contracting
. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team representing high-profile developers, owners, contractors, and investors across a wide range of commercial real estate projects.

The role will involve the following:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of real estate and construction-related agreements, including:
Development agreements, Construction contracts (including AIA and other standard forms), Joint venture agreements, Architect and engineering contracts, Leases and related real estate documents. Additionally, provide strategic legal counsel throughout all phases of real estate development projects, advise clients on risk mitigation, compliance, and best practices in contract structuring, collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, including developers, contractors, architects, engineers, lenders, and investors;

interpret and apply lien laws, bonding requirements, insurance provisions, and other construction-related legal frameworks.

Must be licensed in New Jersey and have the above experience. Qualified candidates submit resume for consideration.
