Employment Law Associate Attorney (2–5 Years of Experience)

Friday Services, a trusted staffing partner to leading law firms, is assisting a highly respected regional firm in its search for an Employment Law Associate Attorney. The firm, known for its sophisticated client base, collaborative culture, and dedication to professional growth, is seeking a motivated attorney to join its Morris County office.
About the OpportunityThis position offers the opportunity to work on a mix of counseling and litigation matters in employment law. The successful candidate will handle complex and diverse assignments while contributing to a team that values excellence, mentorship, and client service.
Responsibilities- Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Draft, review, and update employment policies, handbooks, and agreements
- Represent employers in litigation and administrative proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant matters
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar required
- Admission to the New York Bar preferred, not required
- Two to five years of experience in employment law
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Base salary range: $140,000 – $168,500, based on experience
