Commercial Litigation Associate

Overview

Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm in South Jersey, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their busy and expanding litigation practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigator who enjoys being in the courtroom, developing their skills, and working directly with clients on diverse and interesting matters.

This is also an opportunity for someone that values work/life balance as the firm billable requirement is only 1620!!!

• Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, land use, construction, contract disputes, real estate issues and more
• Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Work directly with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies
• Participate in business development opportunities

• JD with 3+ years of litigation experience (courtroom and deposition experience required)
• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
