Overview

A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of real estate law experience to join its dynamic and well-established Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of sophisticated real estate matters for an impressive client base.

The ideal candidate will have significant commercial leasing experience and the ability to handle complex transactions with a high degree of independence and professionalism.

• Represent landlords, purchasers, developers, and investors in strong market conditions.
• Advise distressed tenants and financial institutions on workouts and restructuring matters during challenging markets.
• Provide associates with exposure to a wide variety of transactions.

• 4–7 years of real estate law experience
• Significant leasing experience (required)
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Admission to the New York Bar (a plus)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and clients

• Experience in handling complex transactions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Admission to the New York Bar

The anticipated salary range for this role is $155,000 – $190,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
