Overview
A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of real estate law experience to join its dynamic and well-established Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of sophisticated real estate matters for an impressive client base.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have significant commercial leasing experience and the ability to handle complex transactions with a high degree of independence and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Represent landlords, purchasers, developers, and investors in strong market conditions.
- Advise distressed tenants and financial institutions on workouts and restructuring matters during challenging markets.
- Provide associates with exposure to a wide variety of transactions.
- 4–7 years of real estate law experience
- Significant leasing experience (required)
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
- Admission to the New York Bar (a plus)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and clients
- Experience in handling complex transactions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Admission to the New York Bar
The anticipated salary range for this role is $155,000 – $190,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
