Our client is looking for a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney open to relocating to the Jersey Shore.

This is a unique opportunity for attorneys currently in North or Central New Jersey who want to maintain a strong litigation practice while transitioning to a coastal lifestyle with better work‑life balance.

This position offers a diverse litigation caseload across multiple practice areas, allowing attorneys to develop well‑rounded experience without being limited to a single niche.

You’ll work directly with highly experienced leadership, gaining hands‑on mentorship and real courtroom exposure.

• Insurance bad faith
• General liability
• Products liability
• Insurance coverage
• Commercial and civil litigation

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate directly with partners on case strategy
• Maintain strong communication with clients and carriers

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense or plaintiff‑side experience welcomed
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Licensed in New Jersey
