Attorney - Trust and Estates

We are partnering with a growing New Jersey-based law firm that is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its fully remote team. The firm is experiencing increased demand for estate planning and administration services and is looking for an attorney who can independently manage matters while providing thoughtful, client-focused counsel.

• Manage trust and estate matters from initial consultation through completion
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Handle probate and estate administration, including court filings and fiduciary guidance
• Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, asset protection, and tax-efficient planning
• Work directly with clients, financial advisors, and accountants to coordinate comprehensive estate plans
• Manage deadlines, documentation, and case strategy with minimal supervision

• 5+ years of Trust & Estates experience
• Strong drafting skills in complex estate planning documents
• Experience handling probate and estate administration independently
• Ability to build client trust and manage sensitive family and financial matters
• Comfortable working remotely while maintaining high productivity and responsiveness

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000
, plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses
. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
