We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in the Scientific industry. This is a permanent position that will play a critical role in our organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, demand planning, warehouse management, purchase orders, cost reduction, and production planning.

This role requires a highly organized professional with a knack for strategic planning and problem‑solving.

• Overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
• Developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies to meet business objectives.
• Managing warehouse operations to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient storage practices.
• Processing purchase orders and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Identifying and implementing cost‑reduction strategies to optimize resources and increase profitability.
• Coordinating production planning to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.
• Collaborating with various departments, including production, sales, and finance, to forecast needs and plan supply‑chain activities accordingly.
• Analyzing supply‑chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Continually assessing supply‑chain performance and implementing improvements as needed.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply‑chain management, preferably in the scientific industry.
• Proven experience in procurement, demand planning, warehouse management, handling purchase orders, cost reduction, and production planning.
• A bachelor's degree in supply‑chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different departments.
• Proficiency in supply‑chain management software and other relevant IT systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve supply‑chain issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A thorough understanding of supply‑chain processes and best practices in the scientific industry.
• Certification in supply‑chain management or related field will be an added advantage.
