  • Communicate decisions and supply impacts to all stakeholders, escalating and prioritizing supply responses.
  • Contribute to the Supply Chain Network Plan and S&OP integration.
  • Manage capacity, staffing, and contingency planning to meet external customer commitments for commercial and clinical products.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budget and quarterly projections, ensuring departmental commitment to volumes, inventories, and spending.
  • Develop site‑specific and ExM CMO supply chain goals/KPIs aligned with other key functions.
  • Manage assets, inventory, space, and resources to improve customer service while optimizing BMS end‑to‑end supply chains.
  • Partner with CTSC LT to align on mid‑ and long‑term planning views for the Cell Therapy Network.
  • Support Integrated Planning Process teams, ensuring appropriate assumptions and inputs, including inventory planning, budget volume planning, and escalated issue management.
  • Interact with site customers and suppliers on non‑routine situations and with regulatory agencies (FDA, Customs) during inspections.
  • Collaborate continuously with CT internal and external functions (ExM, CTDPO, MSAT, QC/QA, Manufacturing, Finance) to ensure successful onboarding, succession planning, and capability enhancements.
  • Ensure master data maintenance processes are properly performed across sites and ExM partners.
  • Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and directives on supply chain management, transportation, safety, environmental, and trade compliance.
  • Develop the functional organization structure and staffing plan to meet GPS, CTDO, and BMS objectives of cost, service, and quality.
  • Ensure training, policies, and procedures are in place and meet compliance requirements.
  • Create a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability aligned with BMS Mission & GPS, CTDO strategy.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding of global business practices.
