The Production Associate at RWB Thrift is responsible for executing diverse tasks and processes within backroom operations. This position requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Production Associates may be assigned to various roles within the backroom, and a top‑performing individual is eager to enhance and broaden their skills, enabling them to perform well in multiple areas as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities include hanging, tagging, pricing support, tallying, sensor support, and running merchandise.

• Perform diverse tasks and processes within backroom operations as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas
• Follow company policies and procedures for efficient and safe operations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support store operations

• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or back‑of‑house experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Capability to perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards, meeting quantitative and qualitative productivity requirements
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs, frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force, and handle objects with negligible force
• Endurance to stand for extended periods
• Manual dexterity for repetitive motions using fingers and hands
• Fine motor skills for tasks such as grasping, turning, and handling
• Balance and agility to maintain equilibrium on slippery or moving surfaces
• Visual acuity of 20/20 at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more

• Noisy environment due to sales floor and production activity; ability to work effectively in noise
• Bright lighting throughout front and back of store; ability to work effectively in bright conditions
