Senior Analyst, E2E Integration Deliver

Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Deliver Excellence to work in Somerset, NJ, with consideration for Shepherdsville, KY and Titusville, NJ.

This end‑to‑end integration lead will manage US new product introductions (NPIs) and commercial strategic initiatives, coordinate product change activities, and collaborate across supply chain, data operations, quality, finance, and regional deliver operations to align local priorities with global strategy and support customer and franchise requirements related to product lifecycle management.

• Lead commercial and supply chain new product management and launch.
• Manage commercial strategic initiatives and product changes through FDC and KDC.
• Develop and implement new business models, process exceptions, and order management strategies.
• Support customer‑focused product supply strategies and field actions.
• Champion process standardization, continuous improvement, and cost‑service enhancements.
• Provide project management for overall plan, deliverables, and timelines.
• Analyze and recommend solutions through cross‑company and cross‑functional cost‑benefit analyses.
• Utilize ERP system capabilities and supply‑chain knowledge to drive improvements.
• Lead multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely execution.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of supply‑chain experience.
• Project management experience; PMP or FPX certification preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset and strong business acumen.
• Excellent collaboration and influence skills.
• Strategic thinking and implementation of approved strategies.
• Problem‑solving and analytical experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, APICS training or certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).

• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
