Join PALFINGER as our Hooklift & Cable Hoist Service Manager, based in Trenton, NJ. In this role, you will support customer service requests across the North American market, working directly with dealers, service partners, and end users on all Hooklift and Cable Hoist service needs. You will collaborate closely with our service partners to strengthen after-sales support and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Serve as the regional service expert for PALFINGER’s Hooklift and Cable Hoist products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and hydraulic systems via phone, email, or on-site — including occasional support for additional PALFINGER product lines.
• Travel 30–70% (domestic and international) to support service partners with hands-on repairs, training, and complex troubleshooting.
• Shape and guide service bulletin strategies to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
• Keep critical documentation up to date, including spare parts catalogs and owner/installation manuals.

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 10+ years of experience in the areas of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting lifting systems, resolving issues via phone, email and on-site as needed.
• Experience working with PALFINGER Hooklift and Cable Hoist is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read and understand technical specifications, diagrams, and installation manual.
• Demonstrated experience providing customer service via email, phone, and in-person.

• Salary Range $95,000 - $115,000
• 401(k) with Company match.
