• Minimum 5 years of experience managing operations in exterior remodeling, with a focus on siding, cladding, or windows.
• Proven track record of leading teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and solve problems proactively.
• Experience with project management software and digital workflow tools; familiarity with Buildertrend is a plus.
• Ability to develop and implement efficient processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
