Overview:
The campaign is seeking a Director of Operations to join our dynamic team. The individual will play a critical leadership role in the campaign, overseeing daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and campaign success. This position is responsible for managing logistics, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic plans that support fundraising, outreach, and voter engagement efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as part of a key, high-profile statewide race.
The ideal candidate possesses outstanding organizational, communications, and problem-solving abilities and is highly motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and implement operational strategies to support the campaign’s goals and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Coordinate logistics and staffing for campaign events, travel, and field operations.
Collaborate with communications, field, and finance teams to support their goals and resolve challenges.
Oversee relationships with vendors/suppliers and manage procurement/logistics.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a political campaign or nonprofit setting.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Outstanding financial acumen and ability to analyze data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of campaign finance, compliance, and event planning.
