- Expert7-10 years of progressive FP&A experience, with significant exposure to SG&A, workforce, and corporate functions. Prior experience operating at Director or Senior Manager level within a complex, multi-function organisation.

Strong financial modelling capabilities, including the ability to build and maintain robust, driver-based models.

Demonstrated ability to translate large, complex datasets into clear financial plans, strategic narratives, and executive-ready recommendations. Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence outcomes. Strong people leader with experience building and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
