** As a
** VP, Projects**, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and we are looking for a professional who can inspire and lead a dynamic team of project managers while ensuring smooth project execution.
** What your day-to-day will look like:
*** Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.
* Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.
* Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships.
* Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings.
* Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform.

* Required qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
* 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.
* Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
* Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
* Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

* Preferred qualifications:

*** Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
* Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).
* Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.
* Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities.
* Ability to travel as needed.
