Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee a large, strategic M&A initiative and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple cross-functional project teams.

This role requires strong leadership in program governance, financial management, planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

The Program Manager will ensure program alignment, lead communication strategies, drive cutover activities, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes across the M&A program.

• Oversee and program-manage a large, strategic M&A initiative.
• Lead multiple cross-functional project teams to ensure end-to-end program delivery.
• Manage SIT and UAT schedules across domains and ensure timely alignment.
• Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Oversee program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor project performance, track changes, and address issues proactively.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, and assumptions throughout the program lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain a structured communication plan and cadence for the program.
• Coordinate with diverse functional and business teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Manage resource onboarding, offboarding, and allocation across project teams.
• Prepare toll-gate schedules and provide regular status updates.
• Lead M&A separation cutover activities and drive the overall communication strategy.

• 10+ years of experience in IT.
• 10+ years of program management and project execution experience.
• 5+ years of Scaled Agile experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing Customer and Commercial applications.
• 2+ years of experience managing large M&A programs.
• 3+ years of experience overseeing budgets and financials for large M&A initiatives.
• SAP experience.
• Strong domain expertise in Commerce, Pricing, Sales, and Service.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
