The Impact Sweetspot is seeking an experienced and industry-savvy Dispensary Manager to lead operations at our beautiful new dispensary in Hamilton, New Jersey. The Dispensary Manager plays a vital role in supporting Sweetspot Brands  efforts to drive retail growth. Responsible for various tasks, including overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, and ensuring compliance with the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission s regulations.

The Role

• Hire, train, and manage a dispensary team.
• Develop, implement and train all staff on Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission s regulations and Sweetspot standards.
• Manage and oversee compliant inventory control measures and conduct weekly audits.
• Follow all existing inventory and inspection procedures to ensure full compliance in performing essential job functions.
• Maintain an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the dispensary and provide staff support when issues arise.
• Report weekly profit and loss reports comparing reporting data to actual cash receipts.
• Work with the accounting team for daily maintenance of financial accounts.
• Maintain daily receipts, expenses, and reporting.
• Analyze and report findings on key performance indicators.
• Proper processing and filing of Invoices, manifests, and vendor licensing.
• Report city and state sales tax according to state regulation.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience managing staff, handling budgets and general operations knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to create and modify SOPs.
• Ability to handle interpersonal relationships and solve conflicts between employees.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
• Personnel management
• Inventory Management
• Development and implementation of quality control measures
• Problem-solving
• Must be 21 or older.
• Physical ability to walk back and forth across the facility and lift/move up to 50 lbs. if necessary.
