Printing Press Operator
Join a Growing Printing and Label Manufacturing Team! CoWorx is currently seeking experienced Press Operators in Robbinsville, NJ for a leading printing and label manufacturing facility. If you have prior experience operating printing presses and are looking for excellent pay, long-term stability, and the opportunity to become a permanent employee, we want to hear from you! We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities available!
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate printing press equipment according to work orders and specifications
- Verify tooling, plates, inks, and materials before production runs
- Monitor print quality, registration, and ink levels throughout production
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime
- Work closely with Quality and Production teams to ensure customer specifications are met
- Complete press changeovers and maintain production records
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Desired Background/
Skills:
- Previous printing press operation experience REQUIRED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documents
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
- Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Lift up to 70 lbs.
- Push/pull up to 200 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods
- Bend, reach, and climb as needed
