Henpen Corporation in the Greater Trenton, NJ area is seeking an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing on the first shift (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.). This is a 100% on-site, hands-on leadership role directing metal roll forming, cutting, welding, machining, assembly, and hardware installation on made-to-order products.
You will supervise hourly workers, coordinate workloads, monitor safety, quality, and productivity, and quickly resolve bottlenecks to keep the schedule.
