Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Support robotic integration, EOAT functionality, and automation within injection molding processes
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Automation Direct)
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors, sensors, relays, and controls
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment downtime
  • Support and maintain injection molding machines and related automation
  • Repair EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) and assist with robotic integration
  • Install and troubleshoot wiring, conduit, and electrical components
  • Assist with mechanical repairs including conveyors, pumps, and production equipment
  • Document maintenance work in CMMS or internal systems
  • Communicate with production and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance
Must-Haves
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Automation Direct preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with robotics systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Highly Preferred
  • Plastics or injection molding background
  • Experience working with molding machines and automated cells
  • Familiarity with EOAT and robotic systems in molding environments

We are hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician with PLC and robotics experience to support a highly automated plastics manufacturing operation. This role is heavily focused on electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, and robotics support, with some mechanical responsibilities as needed.
