Salary: $40 - $45 per hour
Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Support robotic integration, EOAT functionality, and automation within injection molding processes
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Automation Direct)
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors, sensors, relays, and controls
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment downtime
- Support and maintain injection molding machines and related automation
- Repair EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) and assist with robotic integration
- Install and troubleshoot wiring, conduit, and electrical components
- Assist with mechanical repairs including conveyors, pumps, and production equipment
- Document maintenance work in CMMS or internal systems
- Communicate with production and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Automation Direct preferred)
- Hands-on experience with robotics systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Plastics or injection molding background
- Experience working with molding machines and automated cells
- Familiarity with EOAT and robotic systems in molding environments
We are hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician with PLC and robotics experience to support a highly automated plastics manufacturing operation. This role is heavily focused on electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, and robotics support, with some mechanical responsibilities as needed.
