INNIO has formed a joint venture between Jenbacher, a global leader in gas engines, power equipment, and automation technology, and Gfoellner, a top-tier manufacturer of custom-made vehicle bodies and containers. Our goal is to synergize our expertise to deliver innovative, high-quality, and reliable solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our growing team on 1st & 2nd shifts at our Trenton, NJ facility.
RoleSummary
Mechanical Assemblers are responsible for assembling modules, components, and complete systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production.
Essential Responsibilities- Assemble mechanical modules and subassemblies according to technical specifications.
- Integrate various components into complete systems.
- Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues or deviations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the metal sector, or several years of relevant experience.
- Professional experience as a metal worker, mechanical engineering technician, locksmith, or similar is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork abilities, and a self-starter.

2nd Shift
Hours:
Monday
- Friday (2:00pm- 10:30pm)
$23.00/hr.
--$38.00/hr. (Varies depending on relevancy of experience, technical certifications and other job-related criteria)
