Process Engineer

Established Search are proud to be partnering with a Global Personal Care Contract Manufacturing Organisation, who works with brand across skincare, colour cosmetics, haircare and home care. They take products from concept through formulation, scale-up and full-scale production with manufacturing sites across North America and Europe. It's a business that combine deep formulation expertise with serious manufacturing scale.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to develop a proper foundation in personal care manufacturing. You will work across compounding, filling and packaging, sitting at the intersection of R&D, production and quality, with real exposure and a clear development pathway in a growing, well-invested business.

• Supporting the scale-up of new products from lab and pilot batches to full production.
• Troubleshooting process issues on the floor and driving root-cause resolution.
• Optimising existing processes to improve yield, throughput, and consistency.
• Developing and updating batch records, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Supporting process validation and ensuring GMP compliance.
• Collaborating with R&D, production, quality, and maintenance on continuous improvement.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of process scale-up fundamentals.
• Familiarity with GMP and quality standards in a regulated setting.
• A hands-on, problem solving mindset.
