Marketing Coordinator

Our client is a women owned business making their footprint in the snack industry. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute day‑to‑day marketing initiatives across digital channels. Working close with senior leadership, you will turn marketing strategies into action through influencer partnerships, social media, email campaigns, and other tactical programs.

Type: Freelance

Location: Elizabeth. NJ (2 days in office, 3 remote)

Duration: 6 months (potential for full-time)

• Execute influencer marketing initiatives including outreach, relationship management, and content coordination
• Manage daily social media activities: content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Build and send email campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and optimize for engagement
• Support testing of new marketing channels and tactics as directed by the CMO
• Track campaign performance and report on key metrics

• Coordinate with and support senior leadership on business initiatives as needed
• Handle administrative tasks and project coordination beyond marketing (scheduling, documentation, cross‑department communication)
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners across various business functions
• Maintain the marketing calendar and organizational systems

• 2–3 years of marketing experience (agency, in‑house, or related roles)
• Hands‑on experience executing digital marketing campaigns or initiatives
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a remote environment without constant oversight
• Comfort with ambiguity and figuring things out on your own
• Flexibility to support various business needs and wear multiple hats in a growing company
