- Shift Duration: 12 Hour Days
- Pay package: based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry or acute care setting
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients in the medical‑surgical telemetry unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and perform clinical interventions as ordered by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
